One of the main tasks of the Office is the promotion of the Republic of Srpska abroad, as well as introducing Republic of Srpska to foreign investors who would invest their capital in the country and would create new job opportunities and help to improve various aspects of life in Republic of Srpska.
Another important task is to support and promote business and economic cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and the Slovak Republic in order to improve the business environment and to create new business opportunities.
Other task is to help and advise in the field of EU funds. We offer an advisory in EU funded Projects, ranging from applying for EU funds to the drafting of EU funding programmes, project management of EU – funded projects and other activities related with EU funded financing.
The fields of the possible mutual cooperation are:
o Expansion and improvement of mutual cooperation the business companies in Republic of Srpska and the Slovak Republic.
o Support of the economic potential and investments in the economy of the Republic of Srpska in various areas:
· Infrastructure
· Energy development
· Green energies
· Decontamination of environmental burdens and waste management
· Development of retail, houses, civic amenities
o Advisory in the EU Projects
o Support and help to develop partnership and cooperation between entrepreneurs and other legal entities in the Republic of Srpska and the Slovak Republic.
o Organizing networking events, as conferences, seminars, business forums and promotional meetings in the Slovak Republic to support the export / import in various fields from and to the Republic of Srpska.
o Representing the Republic of Srpska in the Slovak Republic in all fields, such as economy, science, education, research and development, art, culture, youth and sports, transport, infrastructure, environment, climate and energy, labor and social issues.
o Advisory and support when contacting Slovak institutions, companies, organizations and facilities.
o Presentation of the Republic of Srpska in the Slovak Republic as a potential investment location and building the regional partnership.
